River Bluff Dental - Dr. Walter Palmer & Associate

Worst place I have ever been to and I regret to be their patient for almost 2 years. They could not do wisdom teeth extraction but ask me to do a full scan that does NOT cover by my dental insurance. I said I would like to do the scan at the place where they can do the surgery at one time. After two days I received an letter from doctor Walter Palmer said I have been wasting of his time and no longer want to serve me, what a RUDE person! WARNING for the current or future patients, if he asks you to do a checking, just do it! No matter you need it or not, not matter how much it costs, otherwise he will kick you out of his dental office with the reason "REFUSAL OF TREATMENT"

I felt really listened to about a minor problem with a tooth. The staff was very pleasant and concerned. I know the work to be performed will be perfect!

I have found the entire staff at River Bluff to be exceedingly kind and considerate.
