Heaven on Earth Salon and Day Spa

My niece scheduled me a 25 minute massage(my first time) and a bikini wax. She scheduled herself and her mother a 80 minute massage(which I did not know it was that long). When we got to the Spa they acknowledged us and let us know that they will be with us shortly. The began by calling in my niece and then her mother just a few moments later. I sat for maybe about 5 to 7 minutes after that, then someone came over to inform me that their masseuse called in sick that was suppose to do to my massage. The question is, when did they know that information. Was it when we first walked in(they just had opened), because we weren't there that long. I felt that they took the expensive massages first before telling us. Not giving us a chance to maybe change what we were going to have done. Once again I didn't know that my other family members were having a 80 minute massage and that I would have to wait for them. When they came out of their massage they asked me how did I like my massage since it was my first time. They were not happy about it either. There is no way for us to know if they knew when we first got there. They did apologize and offer me 20% off another service(facial or a mini pedi), at which at the time I was upset. I went ahead and did my bikini wax and came out to pay and thats when I found out they my other family members was having a 80 minute massage. So I went ahead and had a mini pedi to kill time will waiting for my family. I thought they could of gave me a free service for inconvience. Not sure if I will go back.... I am dissappointed.
