There apparently was a miscommunication regarding my appt. with Antonia. I was under the impression that I was getting a color and the usual blow-dry, but that Antonia was unable to do the cut this time. I said, "OK", but did not realize that no cut also meant no blow-dry. Therefore, I was sent over to Irene at the last minute to have her do the blow-dry. My hair went flat by the next day.
Irene has been taking care of my head - hair and what's inside - for many years. I always feel better after I've left the salon.
