My husband and I recently took our dogs to the dog park. When we were getting ready to leave, I put my sunglasses on the backseat while I helped my Bassett Hound into the car. We left the park and 10 minutes into the ride home I realized I didn't have my glasses. We searched the car. No glasses. We went back to the dog park and low and behold there they were. My husband had ran over them when we left the park. I brought them into Optix and Judy (Dr. Joel's wife) replaced them on the spot. No questions asked. Who would do that? Optix is a true community store. They are concerned with the welfare of their clients. I've been a client for almost 20yrs now.

I needed to replace my lost reading eyeglasses as soon as possible. I went to Optix at 5 pm on Wednesday, received assistance in picking out a frame that both met the budget that I had in mind and looked great. On my way home from work on Thursday, I stopped by and my new reading glasses were ready for pickup!
