Wonderful staff and service. After being a patient for over 7 years, I don't need to find another dental office.

I showed up early for my appointment. Since another hygienist (Korrina, sp?) was free I was taken right back for X-rays instead of just waiting. Dr McCormick came in and gave me a good bill of health, then I saw Debbie, my regular hygienist. I always feel better after I leave that office. As usual, the cleaning was thorough and not painful, the whole staff was friendly, the atmosphere one of professionalism and efficiency.

I love my dentist and the hygienists are always awesome!

I got a call at work yesterday stating my son has a dentist appointment today. Well I told her that I had forgotten to put it on my calendar. She then asked if I had e-mail, I said yes, but for some reason I never received an e-mail for Dir. McCormick's office. I asked her if I can reschedule, my next days off was 5/24th and 5/27th and she said they were booked up to November. She was so rude; she said if I did not make the appt on time I would have to pay $90.00 for a no show. My thing is for 1, I'm not paying $90.00 and 2, she did not offer to cancel and put me on a waiting list for someone who may have canceled their appt. To me, that would have been a better solution than to pay $90.00 I don't have to give away. Needless to say, my manager allowed me to take off today and I will be taking my son to his appt today, but that will be my last day. I hate feeling threaten
