I would recomended Dr Hatcher, he is on the cutting edge of technology and advacements in Denistry.
Our appointment was extremely rushed and uncomfortable. Dr. Hatcher was rude and demeaning to his staff. He hurt the feelings of the assistant so badly that I could not even relate to her afterward to get questions answered because she was literally shaking.
I called and let one of the ladies (who is very nice)know what had happened and was told I would get a call back to discuss the issue but that did not happen. Dr. Hatcher needs to take time off to gather his senses about how he treats the people in his life!
Dr. Hatcher has some of the best information out there so if you decide to use his services, just be prepared for his attitude, and you will, hopefully, be fine!

once again I go to my 3 month appointment and see new faces! I cant imagine how hard it is to keep track of all these staff members.The new lady had no idea how to set appointment and keep me there will she was trained in,really disappointed.Doctor was in bad mood it seemed and took out on all staff members--they need to get this together.
Our family has been to Cedar Cliff twice, and will take our business elsewhere in the future. Our appointments were very rushed (although we sure sat around waiting for a long time), and Dr Hatcher scared the crap out of our 6 year old regarding her first cavity. The canceled and rescheduled our appointments several times, and failed to even get one in their system that we had tried to make.
After informing them that I had just signed up for insurance and they had told me my insurance would cover 4 fillings, I proceeded with the work. A couple months later I get a bill in the mail (i had already paid what was owed the day of) for $500, and they lied to me about what my ins covered. They also kept trying to sell me in "invisilign" repeatedly.
