Always a good experience at Dr Yap's office -- Dr Yap and his staff are very professional and friendly. The new hygienist Tessa is very nice, knowledgeable and thorough.
I really enjoyed the new Dental Technician Tessa . She was friendly, worked fast and thorough and explained what she wanted and needed. This time there was no flossing /cleaning under my fixed bridges whcih had been provided on previous visits. I didn't remember this until I returned home . Is this no longer provided ? I prefer that it was. Dr. Yap was cordil, helpful and skillful as always.
I have been coming to this office for years. As always, the staff was very professional. Dr. Yap and his staff know what they are doing. I have confidence in them, and know that they will not try to suggest doing any work that isn't needed. I highly recommend them.
