As I am quite certain that this comment will be deleted, I still will post that my experience was extremely poor. This has nothing at all to do with my hygienist Ali - she was AWESOME! However, the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and I was told that I had to sign something that was at the front desk. The office manager referred to it as "updated" Policies and Procedures. As a former employee of Paradise Dental, I am very aware of the Policies and Procedures and NONE of what was on that sheet of paper was any different than what was already on file for me, so I did not feel the necessity to sign it. This decision, on my part, has resulted in me being "dismissed" from the practice as a patient. And as a result of this, my entire family, friends and anyone that will listen will not be going back to Paradise Dental. Very unfortunate that Dr. Rowe is allowing his new "manager" to pull the strings in that office. Truly, this is not a response from a disgruntled ex-employee because I chose to leave. So many changes have taken place in that office in the last 9 months, people should be very careful if you choose to continue as a patient.
I never, ever thought I would have such negative feelings about this office. Very, very, very sad!!!
Great! No cavities! and I had the best hygenist. Her name was Mary.
my appointment with Bonnie was at 10:30. I was taken in at 10:30. I had my teeth cleaned, polished, checked for pockets in my gums and for mouth cancer, and my appointment made for 6 months. As usual Bonnie was friendly and efficient.
Staff took their time with me going above and beyond. Everyone was so thorough I did not feel rushed at all and the doctor answered all of my questions (and there were many). My hygienist even worked through part of her lunch break to finish my cleaning. Best dentist I have ever been to and will make sure I tell others. Hope things stay like they are now; this is what dental care needs to be about.
