Dr, Chang-LeMone is an excellent dentist (on 1-5 scale with 1 as lowest, she gets a 5): she takes time to speak with her clients, offers solid information on dental issues and suggests optional remedies to address those issues; she is very friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. Her receptionist (rated a 4.5) is very warm, friendly and welcoming as well as professional. She looks like she knows what she's doing :-) Her dental hygenist/assistant (rated 3.5) is just ok: she was fine is surface cleaning but seemed to rush things a bit, and as a result, hit my teeth about 3 or 4 times with the electrical instrument, and was flossing a little too quickly that she hit my gums unnecessarily with the floss. That hurt and I felt she could have been a little more gentle with the floss. She just needs to slow down a little and I think these things won't happen so often as it did in the one visit.

Nice, intimate office and staff. No pain during or after crown-work.
