having pain with tooth that was filled. Thought it might be lingering trauma but it is over a week. I was told that the filling was not too high but it seemed that it was to me. Since the area was numb, I had to believe that I didn't know with certainty.
There could have been better communication on what I needed to know when the process became more complex than they "assumed" and my opinion could have had greater regard. Now I must return to get it resolved.
All of this disappointing because I have been with the practice for many years.
My visit was good, Dr. Svoboda eased my anxiety and talked me through every step of the process. The follow-up call was also appreciated!
