Made the mistake and got oil change at a "oil + lube center", they broke my dip stick off. (claimed it was broke when i came in??? why was it there??) I left and came to Russel, who, for a far price, expertly removed the broke off dipstick & replaced without further damage, THANK-YOU!!

Thanks for the repairs you made to my Ford Ranger truck. You did an excellent job of pinpointing the front wheel bearing that was going bad during the test drive. All the work was top notch on everything you repaired. I appreciate the integrity with which you do business.

I've been taking my 2001 BMW 325i to Russel's for a couple of years now and I have been very pleased with the service.

I took my VW Bug in for a standard oil change and I am sure happy I took it to Russel's. You see, they not only change your oil, but they also give a complete safety check of your vehicle at no extra cost. It's seem I have a rodent in my garage that likes chewing on one of my main power ingnition cables. They also found a leak in one of my tires that needed to be pluged. Needless to say, I have set out rodent traps in my garage. Thank you Russel's for keeping my family safe. A special thanks to Eli who missed his lunch to work on my car and found these serious problems. Keep up the good work guys...
