first class treatment
While I always use Romar Tire (as they are very close to me and do good work), I have to say that I don't appreciate the service I received on my most recent visit. The car I brought in, while I was late admittedly, was supposed to be done the same day. According to Romar, they fell behind in scheduling and my car wasn't ready until the next day. I received no pro-active phone calls letting me know there would be a delay. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP. Then, when I did speak to Tom he said he would contact me when it was finished the night it was supposed to be done so I could pick it up late. He never did, which would have made it much easier on me the following day. I then had to follow up one more time to see if teh car was done. At no time was I kept appraised of the status of my car and I wished they had done that. I certainly understand falling behind in work but SIMPLY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW. Don't make me chase down my own car when it's me giving you business.
I was pleased that you found the source of the whining noise we heard each time we drove in our Trailblazer. Once you fixed that part, the noise stopped, only for us to hear another noise each time we stepped on the brakes. Did you check our brakes?
Very satisfied. Had car towed in AM, diagnosed, repaired and returned by 5:00. Warranty problem with part installed prior visit. Discussed and replaced with mutual satisfaction. Constant contact all day to fix problem. Will be back.
I always have a pleasant experience with the folks at Romar. They're courteous and responsive whenever they can fit our vehicles in for service.
These guys do an excellent job!! They are trustworthy and thorough and we routinely take our cars there when they need service.
